There's something looming on the horizon... a big red sun? Is it setting, or is it rising? And why can I see it with my "Eyes Closed"?
Well, "Kid," it sure was "Nice to Meet Ya," but it's time to run as there's a "Fire in These Hills," but if we get caught, don't you worry, I'll be "In Your Corner." No, don't go "Just Yet," I just want to tell you, "Don't Forget Me," maybe one day you can "Take Me to the Beach."
Yes, the new album from Imagine dragons! Out this June, and the best bit, you can hear it live on their just announced Loom World Tour 2024! Imagine Dragons comes to Merriweather Post Pavilion on Friday, August 23rd, 2024. Hit that "Get Tickets" button right now, and you too get to hear the songs above live! Plus, the brand-new single, and already a hit, "Eyes Closed."
"Eyes Closed," is the first single to be released off the new album, Loom. See it down below, but be sure to turn the volume all the way up first! “It really was about being something that on the outside looks put together and strong, but on the inside it’s on the verge of maybe shattering.” Lead singer Dan Reynolds said about the new track.
Loom will be Imagine Dragons’ sixth studio album, and features 9 brand-new tracks, including the new hit single “Eyes Closed.” You can be sure they will be playing the new tracks on tour, and think that this new album is one of the most high-energy projects they have worked on yet! But, don't fret, the band intends to drop a few old hits to keep you singing along too.
Originally from Sin City, Las Vegas, Nevada, Imagine Dragons formed in 2008 and along with lead singer Dan Reynolds, the band are Wayne Sermon on guitar, Ben McKee on bass, and Daniel Platzman on drums. Their debut album, Night Visions, from 2012 produced the hits, "Radioactive," and, "Demons," while their third studio album, Evolve, from 2017 produced, "Believer," and, "Thunder." Together, these 4 songs have each surpassed the 1 billion streams mark on Spotify, and are all certified higher than Diamond.
Achieving 3 American Music Awards, 9 Billboard Music Awards, 1 Grammy Award, 1 MTV Video Music Award, and 1 World Music Award, the band are also one of the world's best-selling with 74 million album sales worldwide, plus an additional 65 million digital songs sold worldwide, and 160 billion streams across music platforms.
The Loom World Tour 2024 will cross North America starting in Camden, New Jersey, and hitting Dallas, Seattle; Toronto, Ontario; West Palm Beach, Florida; Denver, Colorado; Charlotte, North Carolina; Salt Lake City, Utah; and, of coarse Columbia, Maryland's Merriweather Post Pavilion on August 23rd. Get your tickets right here, and get them now, this tour will sell out, and it will sell fast!!!
Once you get here, though, the band has a message for you, “It’s just a lot of people in a room together realizing they’re not alone in their feelings,” Dan says. “I don’t necessarily need them to feel happy or sad or anything. I just want them to look around them and see that other people are also feeling something.”
