When it comes to The Capital Jazz Fest, though, the phrase "Back by popular demand" is 100% true. It's become a staple of the season here at the Merriweather Post Pavilion. Many families mark the occasion on their calendars as a holiday. The main reason it's become so popular is the entire vibe and community atmosphere that you get out here. It's a massive cookout with some of the best musicians in jazz; what's not to love about that?
The entire lineup has yet to be released, but there are some clues as to who might be taking the stage at the Merriweather Post Pavilion. Famed trumpeter Tom Browne is going to be taking the stage.
